We know that the extra cash would help you to provide the children who attend your school with books, computers, play equipment etc

For example - 250 A4 full colour calendars only cost you £2.20 each + VAT ( £2.59 inc VAT) all prices do not include delivery. You can sell them to parents at a price you think is suitable. If you sell them for £5.00 each you will make £602.50 for your school, if you sell them for £6.50 each you will make £977.50.

Supply your twelve images to us, along with your school logo for the front cover and details of special dates for your school for example school fete, sports day, parents evening, half term dates and we will create a calendar that parents will find invaluable throughout the year.

You can use class photographs, paintings, drawings, images taken at events like sports day, school fete, plays to personalise your calendar.

Notes for supplying your school calendar images

When sending your digital files it helps us if you name them 01jan, 02feb,03mar, 04apr and so on. You can supply flat artwork/photographs for us to scan, again please mark clearly each month. It helps us if the images supplied are landscape, it is easier to place your images into our template and prevents us from cropping your image.

School Calendar General Information

Each calendar has thirteen leaves, is printed full colour on 170gsm board, comes complete with backing board and is ringbound at the head with white wire.
